Job Summary:
The Research Specialist is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support organizational goals and decision-making processes. - Continuous Improvement:

- Suggest improvements to research processes, data collection methods, and analysis techniques to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Ethical Standards and Compliance:
- Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Protect the confidentiality of sensitive data and respect participant privacy in all research activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in research methodologies, data analysis, or related areas are a plus.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a research or analytical role, preferably within the industry of [specify industry].
